These Terms apply to the Hexifyer account, which is the single sign-in used for Polaris and Hexifyer DevStudio. Your use of each product is governed by that product's terms, which you accept when you begin using it:

Where these Terms and a product's terms conflict, the product's terms govern your use of that product.
1. Who we are
Polaris and Hexifyer DevStudio are operated by Hexifyer FZ-LLC, a free zone company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates under licence number 47017173, at FOAM1588, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
2. Your Hexifyer account
2.1 One account is used to sign in to both products. Holding an account does not give you access to any Polaris workspace or DevStudio project unless you are invited to it.
2.2 You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2.3 An account is for use by one individual. You must not share your sign-in credentials or allow another person to use your account.
2.4 You are responsible for keeping your password and your sign-in provider account secure, and must notify us at support@hexifyer.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
2.5 If you sign in through Google, Apple, Microsoft, LinkedIn or GitHub, that provider's terms also apply to your use of it.
3. Suspension and closure
3.1 We may suspend or close an account that breaches a product's terms or acceptable use policy, in accordance with the procedure set out in that product's terms.
3.2 You may delete your account at any time from either product. Deletion closes the account for both products. The deletion process and the data retained are described in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy at https://hexifyer.com/privacy.
4. Your data
Our handling of your account data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://hexifyer.com/privacy and in each product's privacy policy.
5. Changes, governing law and disputes
5.1 We may amend these Terms. Where an amendment affects your rights, we will notify you by email before it takes effect.
5.2 Governing law, dispute resolution and liability in relation to your use of a product are governed by that product's terms.
